When opening a new ticket you should know that it can take up to 7 days until your request will be answered (during regular business hours).

To review the status of the request or add additional comments, please login into your account or create a new one.

AA-Team customer support aims to respond to all queries within 24 hours, except weekends.

Tickets that are opened during the weekend will be answered at the begining of the following week
