No products in cart when redirected to Amazon

Products are imported from the Amazon locations which you have set as main, with the corresponding description, prices and currency.

When a customer from your site will proceed to the Amazon checkout, he will be redirected to the closest Amazon location based on his IP address (geolocation) if he is from one of this countries:

And if you have activated the account for each regional Amazon location:

If you didn't fill all of them, then the customer will be redirected to the Main Affiliate ID Location (the country on which you have registered your affiliate account):

It may happen that some products that you have imported from the main Amazon location that you're using are not available on the closest Amazon location on which the customer is redirected.

 

If you think that the redirect is not done properly, you may switch to other Geolocation server, in Amazon Config.
