What happens with out-of-stock / unavailable products?

Here's how the Synchronisation module deals with these types of products:

  • If a product will get unavailable on Amazon, then its price will be removed / set to 0.
  • If the product will be removed afterwards from Amazon, then the synchronisation module will remove it from your website too.

AA-Team customer support aims to respond to all queries within 24 hours, except weekends.

Tickets that are opened during the weekend will be answered at the begining of the following week
