Imported products don't show up

First, please check that you have this field set up as so, in WooZone -> Amazon Config -> Import setup:

 

If you do have this setup as so, then it means that the products are not appearing because of the Default Sorting option that you've chosen in WooCommerce -> Products -> Display:

Just switch to Default and everything should be back to normal.
