Import products, Synchronization... issues

1. If you cannot import products: please read the text in this knowledgebase: http://support.aa-team.com/knowledgebase-details/191 even if you don't see that screenshot.

2. Please create your own amazon keys as the default provided amazon aa-team keys are just for testing purpose. You need to use your own keys when you lauch online your website or when you know you're gone start to import bulk products. Read this: http://support.aa-team.com/knowledgebase-details/139

Notice: using the default amazon aa-team keys could also result in other issues like:

- I found that every time one product is synchronized, the product status is changed from published to trash / bin. And it happen to all products. So i have to restore the products from trash / bin.

- Requests too quickly response from amazon API

- I can not search for products

because other customers uses them too, so they were also sending requests so when you sent your requests there were many request made.
